Launching in 2016 is our signature training course in Applied Positive Psychology now offered as a self-paced 8-week online program. The course will teach participants how to incorporate basic positive psychology-based principles into their clinical or coaching practice. Content is delivered through a series of 1-hour video lectures with accompanying readings and a worksheet to guide you as you put your learning into practice.

Topics covered include basic principles of Positive Psychology within a neuroscience perspective; assessment tools for measuring positive psychological outcomes; and evidence-based intervention techniques for individuals, couples and groups. In addition, you can book a package of individual coaching sessions (via videoconference or phone) at a special discount rate to add value to your learning.
